By Air: The nearest international airport to Lake Manyara is Arusha airport. There’s an airstrip near the park gate and return daily flight from Arusha is available for the travelers. You can also charter a plane Arusha.
By Road: Located southwest of Arusha, Lake Manyara National Park is in a distance of 126 kilometers and can easily be reached by car. The drive from Arusha takes approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours to reach the entrance gate. On arrival at the park, you would need to rent a vehicle to enter the park via the gateway village which is accessible by bus.
