How to Reach Harare

By Air

The nearest airport is Harare airport which is the major gateway for all flights into the country. Apart from the domestic flights, there are an increasing number of foreign airlines that run to and fro the airport. Flights such as South African airways, Ethiopian airlines, Kenya airways, TAAG Angola Airlines and Egypt Air run on daily basis making it easier for the travelers to travel into the country. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or a cab that will take you to the city.

By Bus

There are various buses that run from Johannesburg on daily basis and it takes about 16-24 hours to reach the city. Bus services range from Eagle Liner, Grey hound and Intercape that run on daily basis to Harare.
