Your 07 Days Uganda Cultural Safari Encounter Tour begins with your arrival at the Entebbe International Airport of Kampala, you will meet your travel guide who will assist you for the Uganda tour. Start your journey to Fort Portal, lying at a distance of 5-hour all enclosed with the mesmerizing beauty of the countryside and attractions like the inselbergs of Mubende. En-route, Entanda Cultural trail, where you will discover the culture and the preserved wilderness of the region. Energize your morning with the breakfast that will be served at the booked accommodation. The day calls for an early tour to Tooro kingdom palace and adjacent cultural attractions nestled there. The Tooro Kingdom houses the world's most energetic master Oyo Nyimba. You can discover the answer regarding the recorded background of Tooro kingdom. Learn about their tradition, culture, language, dresses lifestyle and a lot more. Discover the numerous artefacts and history of the kingdom Continue your drive to the Sempaya hot springs in Semliki National Park. You will be served an early breakfast at the lodge before starting the day tour. Reaching the Batwa cultural trail spend some time with the Batwa which gives you an opportunity to enjoy hiking in the forest with the local peoples. You will be escorted by a Batwa guide who will provide you with all the details about the forest and its habitats. Get to learn about how the Batwa people lived and hunted in the traditional way. You may even get a chance to try your hands in hunting where a Batwa will guide you how to shoot with a bow and arrow. After your hunting tour visit, a traditional Batwa homestead and get to see how they live, cook and serve a meal. You can even sample one of their dishes which are prepared by the women of the house. Hear ancient legends and traditional songs from the Batwa people and spend your evening knowing about them. Get back to your property for dinner and a leisurely overnight stay.
After your morning meal at Kisoro, check-out and the day is planned for a tour to Bunyoni. The entire route is laced with beautiful and amazing scenery making the journey pleasant. Reaching Bunyoni, you can choose to go for a canoe ride on Africa’s second deepest lake. Swim safely as it is bilharzia free and make the most of your trip. Get ready for a boat cruise that will take you across the lake. Explore the shores of Lake Bunyonyi by taking a walk through the villages and interacting with the local communities. Return back after your cruise and dinner and overnight stay at your lodge. Get ready for a deep Uganda experience where you will learn about the rich culture and heritage of the country. Make your way towards the booked lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Prepare yourself well with breakfast before starting the day. Head out to reach Mbarara, where you will be exploring the Igongo Cultural centre. Here hike up the obscuration landmark from 1520AD to explore the social connection that is inserted in the eclipse monument that occurred in the era. The Cows of Ankole kingdom had been completely reallocated by King Olimi I of Bunyoro and the Banyankole were starving.
